Facilitators will have access to Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch's inspiring spaces, including outdoor gathering areas and dedicated workshop zones. Our team provides basic sound equipment, art supplies storage, and coordination support to help your offering flow seamlessly within the retreat schedule.
Workshop sessions typically run 60-90 minutes with groups of 15-25 participants, though we're open to different formats that serve your offering's purpose. Some facilitators choose to offer multiple shorter sessions throughout the retreat, while others create longer immersive experiences. We'll work with you to find the timing that best serves both your vision and our participants' journey.
